Pyrometallurgical Modelling
"Principles and Practices"

4-5 August 2014 | Emperors Palace Convention Centre

Pyrometallurgical modelling can add value to industry, from process inception, through research and design to process optimization. Rapid advancements in modelling software and computing hardware allow more opportunities to take advantage of pyrometallurgical modelling. People in industry, not involved in modelling from day to day, tend to get 'rusted' in the basics but very often long for an opportunity to refresh their knowledge. Practitioners could also benefit from a forum to exchange ideas with peers.
