With my vast experience in the mining industry, I would mentor and coach the upcoming crop of mining industry engineers with more focus on the ladies. This would greatly impact on the future generations of ladies to see mining as a viable career option for them.

Brief career history:

Post undergraduate qualification, I joined Debswana Jwaneng Mine as a trainee Mining Engineer and moved up the ladder to my current position of Mining Manager (Long Term Planning). I have immensely contributed to the profitability of Debswana through implementation of innovative processes, from frontline production to long term planning.
