As a passionate researcher and engineer, I see myself contributing by driving initiatives that support young professionals in the mining and metallurgy sector. I can leverage my expertise in process engineering, hydrometallurgy, and advanced measurement techniques to facilitate technical knowledge-sharing sessions. Additionally, my leadership experience in multi-disciplinary projects allows me to mentor emerging professionals, bridging the gap between academia, research, and industry. I aim to support SAIMM’s vision by promoting innovation, professional development, and collaboration among young engineers and scientists.
